Went for a meal with family during a weekend away. Our table was in a quieter back room which lacked a little ambience but it was early teatime. However, the food was absolutely delicious and I would dine there again. Staff were lovely.

An absolutely cracking little pub/resteraunt, mega dog friendly, mouth watering food and constantly smiling staff. The atmosphere is warm and cosy and attention to service immaculate. Don't miss out!

This will be my fourth time staying at the white hart and every time it?s pleasure with great staff and service! Willing to cater to my dietary requirements and fussy children. We stayed in the family room which is very clean and pleasant to stay in. Stunning views and great location point when traveling around for different destinations. Can?t wait for our next visit. I Highly recommend the White Hart.

Had lunch today which was absolutely delicious. Nothing too much trouble for Amy who was serving drinks and bringing out the food. Service with a smile. Will definitely be back.

We only had a drink in the pub . It's location for us was fab at only 7 minutes away. We would like to try a meal sometime and up the stars.

Our new favourite pub in the Lakes. In an ocean of touristy overpriced and poor quality establishments this place stands out as an exception. The food and drinks choices, friendly service and all round feel of a genuine local all contribute for an excellent overall experience
