Based on my experience with dealing with So Legal Uk and the Ulverston branch, I?d recommend this company to all. The team have excellent knowledge, are very efficient and are a delight to deal with, with special thanks to Kate and Alphonsa at the Ulverston branch. We have used them for conveyancing firstly with the sale of our home and then the purchase of a new one a couple of weeks later. ?So Legal UK? via the new Ulverston branch are now ahead of the sale and continuing with their work.I receive contact with any developments as soon as they arrive in their office, they?ve proactively contacted estate agents, solicitors and other parties on both sides, ensuring less delays to all aspects of the sale/purchase.In previous house moves I?ve been the one to have to chase, so this process has been relaxing. One thing I really like is I?ve had a weekly email stating a short summary of what has happened/is required. I?ve not had to chase So Legal, refreshingly different. I certainly recommend.
