I went to pick up a toogoodtogo bag this evening , and was told by the very impolite gentleman behind the counter that he didn't have any left , he doesn't work for Gregg's , and someone else had come in earlier and taken the 3 he had left....not quite sure how this happened when you have to have a code to pick them up ?But I think he needs a lesson in customer service , as for all he knew I could have been a mystery shopper, and I work in retail myself so know about awkward customers etc before.sonebody comments about it.

Toilets consistently awful, iv never had to hold my breath before but today it was needed, told a member of staff and he seemed to assist. I think its time to plan my breakfast somewhere else. Newby Bridge bistro you are missed.

Includes a good local convenience store with a Greggs shop. I don't know know how long it's had the Keyfuels facility, but it's saved a long drive for locals, tourists, and commercial users.

Mens Loo was hideous, went to use the disabled and there was no toilet roll. Worker said it had been a busy weekend.....

Price extortion!Realised id been charged over £39 for a packet of tobacco.Thats £6 more than at Tesco!Basically this service station is charging what they want because they are basically greedy and have no moral standing.

24/7 Shell wasn?t even open. My daughter wanted a chocolate very nice at midnight. I googled 24/7 Shell at midnight and now she is crying and there was no chocolate. ???

Please put a sign out to let people know you have no fuel.Lots of cars turning in, just to find no fuel. Causing chaos turning in and out.Already a dangerous turn out. Just adding to it.

I stopped at this garage with car issues late one evening last month. The staff were amazing and sorted my car for me. I had 2 young children with me, late at night and it was very stressful. The staff helped me out, calmed me down and really made our day! Thank you so so much xx
