I arranged a parcel redelivery & received a confirmation email. Stayed in all day but no parcel arrived. Waited till the postie came the next day without it so thought never mind, I'll go up to the collection office in Ulverston. Absolutely ridiculous only open for 2 hrs a day!!! Formal complaint logged and to top it off, the lady at the call centre told me the website is displaying opening 9-5, so a far as royal mail are concerned Ulverston is open 9-5! Seems to me they are making up their own hours. Wait to see if anything changes ?
