Heidi was so knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to identify where the wasps were getting in and out of the roof and was honest about the risks and the fact that they weren't about to burst through the ceiling which was what I was worried about. I was just so impressed and reassured that she wasn't trying to persuade us to exterminate them if it wasn't necessary, and her understanding of the species and how they work was really informative. If we decide that the nest needs to be removed in the future I will definitely be calling Pied Piper.Service: Hornets or wasps

Very quick response to my initial enquiry. Booked them in for the next day and they quickly and efficiently disposed of the wasp nest in my shed. The whole service only took around 45 minutes. Also gave good advice about what to look out for to stop the problem recurring in future.

Highly recommend this company, phoned in the morning, professional, polite young lady took the call. Steve phoned me to say he was on another job, said he would be at address between 3 & 4pm. Really pleased with the whole process, won?t hesitate to use them again, thank you for stopping the wasps!
