I visited ?The Photography Shop? in Market Street, Ulverston, this afternoon to enquire about a replacement rubber eyepiece cup for my Nikon D3200, and was told they didn?t have one, and that I should get one from the internet. I also asked if there was any fix for the symbols/lettering having rubbed off some of the buttons, and was told the only solution would be to buy a whole new camera body. Finally, the flash keeps popping up when I have the camera in ?auto? mode, even in broad daylight, so I asked if I might have an incorrect setting somewhere. After a minute or so of scrolling through the camera?s menu, the salesman set the control for built-in flash to ?manual?. For this, I was charged £1. I was looking for friendly, personal service with human interaction, and I do like to support local businesses whenever possible, but in future I will look for a photography shop in Barrow or Kendal where I can discuss my requirements with a knowledgeable salesman free of charge and then make my purchase from them.

I bought a uv lens filter from this company, it arrived very promptly in perfect condition. There were no payment issues. A great service. Therefore I would definately recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again myself.
