Friendly and helpful staff - paper delivery service excellent. Martins is a great shop to have in the town.

Really rude and unfriendly staff. Ignorant, aggressive and stuck in their ways.They supposedly offer a parcel service but every time you turn up with a parcel they either refuse you or make rude and aggressive comments.Horrendous staff. Needs an overhaul.

What is wrong with the staff in here. They whinge constantly about having to take in or hand out parcels as a service they offer through yodel.Walk out everytime feeling like I've come out of the headmasters office.
