Good service and friendly, reliable staffWe are glad we chose JH Homes to take care of selling my parents' house From the initial appraisal by Martin and throughout the entire viewing process, we encountered helpful and supportive staff, who kept us updated on a regular basis. In fact, all the staff at JH Homes were friendly, helpful and professional in the service they offered. They were quick to reply to any questions and always kept us updated via email or on the phone. When the property was finally sold they recommended an excellent house clearance company which was also a huge help. All in all we can recommend JH Homes for individual and reliable service when it comes to selling a property.

Professional, knowledgable and efficient. We recently bought our house through these and we couldn't be happier with the service. When we were viewing properties with other companies we weren't getting told all information, terrible customer service and slow with getting a response. But these girls were like a breath of fresh air, who made the process go so smoothly. Highly recommend!

JH Homes have been nothing but professional, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process of renting my property!! And compared to previous experiences with letting agent?s respectful, which I am ever so grateful for!!I have had no issues contacting any of the team at JH Homes and my questions have always been answered quickly, even if it has just been to acknowledge my question or advise it is in the process of being handled! In addition to this I have always appreciated the honesty in which queries are dealt with, and getting answers back even if it?s not what you always want to hear!Further to the above is the whole inspection process! The whole team are considerate when making arrangements and respectful that whilst the property is rented it is my home and I am not made to feel as though it is an examination!!!

Not being used to the English System we hadn't clocked they take a percentage of the asking price, rather than the sale price. Therefore it's in their interest to pitch it high but sell it quickly so over-inflated asking price. Now we realise the asking price was way too high. They don't then need to care about what price you sell at as they have their cut. This may be similar with all estate agents but I think it's underhand.________________________________ 05/01/20Thank you for your reply Jan, I still hold by my review, and if you look me up you'll be able to see that you did sell a house for us. I do not like my name brandishing about but with very little searching you'll know who I am and you have my number.I know loads of people who have given you 5* and I am sure that you wouldn't give us 5* as a client, but I think you didn't really expect the house to sell for the original price we asked, although I do hold that it was a difficult house to price as it was a one off.

All of the staff at JH Homes from Jan, to Sarah and Elizabeth have been absolutely amazing, everyone we have had contact with has gone above and beyond in assisting us to find the perfect family home.
