I cannot praise Glyn enough, refused to take money from me until I contacted the RAC who?d caused an issue with recently supplied battery.. as requested I called out the RAC, who admitted that the fitting of the battery had been badly done and rectified the problem.I now have my Mercedes running as it should, due to Glyn?s educated hunch?.. Dunford Mercedes will be getting my future business.

Dissapointing for Mercedes emmision cheats now an airbag recall I have to take a day off work and travel 120 miles to get it changed as they are dangerous no reimbursment for fuel or wages. Not good.

Excellent service. Glynn sorted issue with Mercedes air suspension very quickly and then carried out scheduled service. No hard sell, just an honest report and advice when I collected vehicle. Will be using for all Mercedes maintenance in the future

Excellent service from Glynn I called up as I had popped to Ulverston and my Mercedes refused to start he talked me through the process of checking things over on the phone. Explained he could come out to assist me but didn't want to waste my money if it wasn't something he could fix roadside. Through a process of checks we found it was a fuse which he then delivered to me and fitted and I'm back on the road again. If only all mechanics had his knowledge and expertise and time to spend helping customers out. Can't recommend highly enough.

I can't believe I'm the only review so far for what is quite frankly the best mechanic I have had the pleasure to deal with. Mr Dunford is friendly, professional and when it comes to anything Mercedes, the title of 'specialist' doesn't even come close! His prices are also incredibly reasonable for the service he provides. I'm pretty sure I saw my Merc shed a tear as it left his garage, as it didn't want to leave. If you're a Mercedes owner and it needs absolutely anything doing to it, then Mr Dunford is definitely your man.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I am from outside the area and called Glyn when my breakdown company were unable to help. He called out at the weekend to assess the situation, did a first class job of repairing the car and only charged for the work that he did. He made no charge for the fallout. I can't recommend him highly enough
