I have just been to donate my local branch and was disgusted with the 3 members of staff that I encountered. Not one person said thank you and were very unfriendly. I drove off with most of my donations and will definitely NOT return to this shop.
Manners cost nothing.

Donated five bags of clean/new quality clothing etc....met by a very abrupt man who rummaged through everything making sure they wanted it then demanded we stand in a queue to hand over our details for gift aid. Not a single please or thank you, we felt like we were flytipping!

As a person over 60 and in a wheelchair it was impossible ti enter easily and browse this store. The aisles were too cluttered to move about. The lift as you get to the first floor was partially blocked by clothing . Dreadful experience.

Used to love going to this store. Staff were lovely. Items reasonably priced. Now a really Unfriendly man shop front. We donated stuff and he didn't even speak to us. Visited recently and the prices are ridiculous for a charity shop. The atmosphere is not nice. Same Unfriendly man shop front who greets you with a dirty look. Such a shame for a charity shop I used to love ??

Wanted a look round, but the shop was hopelessly difficult to access in a wheelchair on the ground floor. Narrow aisles and obstacles everywhere. Shame.
