I have just been to donate my local branch and was disgusted with the 3 members of staff that I encountered. Not one person said thank you and were very unfriendly. I drove off with most of my donations and will definitely NOT return to this shop. Manners cost nothing.

Donated five bags of clean/new quality clothing etc....met by a very abrupt man who rummaged through everything making sure they wanted it then demanded we stand in a queue to hand over our details for gift aid. Not a single please or thank you, we felt like we were flytipping!

As a person over 60 and in a wheelchair it was impossible ti enter easily and browse this store. The aisles were too cluttered to move about. The lift as you get to the first floor was partially blocked by clothing . Dreadful experience.
