“Most Amazing Dealership Experience.Two weeks ago I collected my eight year old Discovery Sport purchased from Lakeland Land Rover at Torver.The vehicle, and my whole experience from my initial sales enquiry with Andy Reay, to collection were exceptional.It was a genuine open discussion with Andy regarding the car, all my queries were met with a willingness to achieve from a mutual point of view; the opportunity for an extended test drive and subsequent sale agreement.The unbelievable high standard continued with the Technicians involved in the vehicles preparation including service and other agreed mechanical technicalities.On collection, I must say that the car was the most immaculate eight year old vehicle I have ever seen; everything had been taken care of; this included the fitting of two new tyres, new key covers and a full tank of diesel; items which I had not requested and which I consider to be the 'icing on the cake'.Some 1,000+ miles now covered in two weeks, 'my car' will be visiting Torver for everything from a major service to a wiper blade; I've already booked it in for a dash cam fitted.I have the utmost confidence in this particular Garage, its Staff, and the obvious quality of Management based there.Yes things can go wrong, but I feel that the Staff at Torver are genuine, decent people and that no issue would be unsurmountable. I look forward to the rest of my Land Rover ownership with them.”
