I popped into this garage in the hope that they would have an airline I could use for my slow puncture. The interaction began with me pulling in, a lady approached me and I said: "Morning, is there an airline here for the public to use?", to which she responded "you've forgotten the magic words"... I said "sorry?".. she said "none of you bother to use it anymore".. I said "I was confirming you had an airline before I was going to politely ask if I could please use it.... but never mind" before getting into my car to leave, as I was walking towards it she said "none of you say please and thankyou anymore"I don't know who she was generalising, my generation of 30 somethings? That her generation raised? I always say please and thank you, I have respect for people who deserve it and simply asked a question. The hypocrisy of her implying I was rude by being so confrontational from her first words is astounding.Kindness costs nothing you know. This woman is so bitter.

I had broken down after suffering a puncture. Chambers is an excellent garage and are the best recovery team in Cumbria. After waiting 6 hours for recovery RAC badly let me down. Through Start Rescue and Chambers I was quickly recovered within an hour. Thank you for rescuing me

Ian could not have been more friendly and helpful when we broke down. He was also at pains to keep surrounding traffic moving and did much more than he need have done in the circumstances. He obviously cares a great deal about doing good work and serving other people. I would recommend highly.

Hello on the 3-8-22 I broke down at Junction 38 Te-Bay a gentleman came called Chris he was very caring informative and really good at his he helped me calm down very professional reassuring after the best he could do he took us to to P V Dobson Volvo grange over sands where they took over thank you very much for your help amazing

They responded quickly, professionally and friendly when we broke down. They made sure we found a local camp site for us and our caravan and then got our car to a Volvo dealer to get it fixed. They made a very stressful situation a lot easier.

Chris came out to replace a rear tyre following a puncture on the M6 after being contacted by Volvo Assistance. He was extremely kind and helpful and replaced with a space saver and then escorted me off the motorway to get a new tyre. Great service and many thanks, Ann KService: General repairs & maintenance
