Have used this garage for about 7yrs now. I have always found them to be 'spot on' in quality, thouroughness and promptness. I have found them to be fair and honest in their attitude to any work that needed to be done. I always recommend them.

Car exhaust blew while we were at Stanwix for a short break guys took it in straight away and I got it back in 24 hours. Great service, very reasonable price and very friendly staff.

Arrived in Silloth for a short holiday at 5pm. 20 miles out the exhaust bracket snapped and I'd limped the car the rest of the way. Find a number for this local garage and called 15 mins before they shut and they took details and said they'd call between 8-8:30 the following morning. Next day I was called on time, David came to me to collect my car, fixed it, and had it back with me within 5 hours. I am not exaggerating to say this is the best service I've ever had from a garage - if I didn't live 200 miles away I would definitely become a permanent customer! Thank you very very much!!!

Right.. I'm not going to overstate the case here. This company are AMAZING.. they look after the customer making certain that the vehicle is processed fast and efficiently. I would not go to ANY other vehicle mechanics in the area. They really do know the importance of customer service.

I have only recently moved to the area and have used this garage twice. Friendly and helpful staff that find the cheapest way to fix any problems, whether it be body or engine work. They have good contacts with regional breakers yard that saves money on quality replacement parts at breaker prices. They even provide a complimentary collection and drop off service in the local area. If you are looking for an old fashioned community focused local service that seeks to provide high quality at the lowest possible price and have good service to the region at heart, then this is the garage for you. I will be using this garage for my motoring needs from now onwards.

I am known by David - I needed work on my Mercedes - wipers stopped working. They collected the car the day after I called and delivered the same day - brilliant! they also found the spare part that was needed. Thank you all.
