We visited here whilst on holiday, booked in advance. Food was great, home cooked and fresh. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, with fast service. Prices were very reasonable. Dog friendly.

My brother and I visited the Cumberland Inn twice and enjoyed the food very much and reasonably priced, watched the women's euros with good atmosphere and service was superb. Excellent bar staff very friendly and welcoming as was the locals.

Went to The Cumberland inn for the very 1st time.
We got a nice welcome from the customers and staff.
A nice small quaint pub with a friendly atmosphere.
We had an excellent bar meal whilst watching The Woman's Euros football match England V Sweden.
Great occasion as England won on penalties.

Excellent meals at a good price. If you like good portions of home cooked food this is the place for you. Friendly staff and locals and great pint of Wainwright gold.

Brilliant pub with fantastic food and extremely lovely staff. Reasonably priced and dog friendly, too! The regulars are so friendly and one even gave us a lift home when we couldn't get a taxi! Will definitely return in the future. ?

Went here on Saturday. Must be the worst food we have ever had there was 8 of us and all went home hungry. The place is filthy inside. Plus side staff are friendly

Very nice pub, the food is very good , the staff are very helpful, but the gents toilet could do with a deep clean and upgrade. Going back soon for Sunday lunch.
