Pub we return to every time we are in the area. Sadly cream provided on vegan hot chocolate and had to do a scoop job.

Had a lovely meal here with the wife, didn?t stay overnight. We stay across the road.But popped in for a few drinks and a lovely meal. Reasonably priced, lovely outdoor area to the back over looking the river. Wonderful venue, friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Busy as expected on boxing day. Cold after our walk and a Board advertising hot choc and other hot drinks that enticed us in, to find no staff to work the machine! Quick beer and left.
