I bought my property through Wilkes Green Hill in 2014 and I have now sold the same property through Wilkes Green Hill in 2025.
I can thoroughly recommend their services to anyone in the Penrith area who values a great service from an independent agency. Adrian, Amanda and Gayle were all great to deal with and the communication is much better than what I have experienced from other estate agents.

The team at WGH handled the sale of our 4 story town house in the centre of Penrith.
We were always very impressed by the way the whole team supported the viewings of Arthur Street, their knowledge of the house and street were always evident. The team offered lots of advice regarding our sale and potential purchases - given that we?ve seen lots of houses come under offer and then back on the market, we feel very lucky with the way the sale progressed. Very poor communication heard nothing from them in the last month of our sale - luckily we were in touch with our buyers. They even admitted it was right move that sold the property - so I?m unsure you earned your hefty fee very disappointed with the service but happy we were on the ball snd dealt with the communication between our buyers
