Got my latest set of glasses here. Staff very friendly and clearly knowledgeable, selection of glasses are excellent and my eye test, fitting e.t.c. were all very good. Definitely coming back!

The Roebuck team of staff are extremely friendly and very helpful nothing is ever to much trouble. I have taken both of my children there from a young age, they have always been made to feel at ease by the optician explaining everything he doing along the way and why they are doing it and even the odd joke for good measure. My children love to visit and I wouldn?t choose anywhere else to go. I would highly recommend them to anyone

I went for my eye test on Monday, and everyone at Roebucks was lovely. The optician put me at ease, and explained everything to me. Also the rest of the staff team were so nice, and all had a cheery smile to greet me. I really like coming to get my eyes tested here, as it is such a friendly and professional place.

The staff at Roebucks are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that you are happy. I have taken my daughter there from an early age and she has always been treated well. I wouldn't change to another opticians.

Broke my glasses and desperately needed some for work thenext day, I rang Roebuck's and they said theydidn't sell reading glasses off the peg but the lady said bring them down and I will see if I can fix them, fitted a new arm within minutes, brilliant service, thank you
