Overpriced and impossible to have a conversation, I was served my tiny americano in a dirty cup. The staff seemed determined to make as much noise as possible in order to drown out any attempt at conversation, while the coffee was nice but served in a thimble more appropriate for an espresso, the tea was reasonable and more plentiful

This cafe is by far the best in Penrith!
I have been going here for years now and the food is always exceptional and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
Theres a reason why it?s always full and it?s definitely worth waiting for a table.
I would recommend everything on the menu but right now the Yorkshire pudding wrap is right up there, especially the gravy (better than Bisto!) 5*

Ok but nothing to shout about. I've had better and paid less. We had tomato and basil soup with a roll. I think the soup was just a tin of tomatoes blitzed then basil added. Nothing special. Coffee was quite bitter. Don't think i'd go back.

My wife & I both ordered the club sandwich - wow ! You need to be hungry!
Great club ( better than i have had in a number of 5* hotels) . Place was busy - and we could sit in with our dog . Highly recommended !

They were closing in less than 30 mins when we arrived but they let us come in from the rain and we were able to order a couple of soft drinks and charge our phones until closing time. Staff were lovely and the cafe is really cute.

Popped in for breakfast before heading into Scotland. Service was warm, friendly, quick and efficient. Menu was flexible food was tasty. Dog friendly .

Really nice club sandwich here lovely sauce inside nice homemade bread, great value for money. Even visited again the following day for breakfast and that was just as good.

Sausages undercooked . Some staff went out way to help , others were a bit rude .Would not go back i?m afraid .Lunch menu looked good however.

Lovely lunch here on Saturday whilst visiting Penrith. I had the lamb kofta kebab, my mum had a ham and cheese panini and my daughter fries and a toasted tea cake. All delicious. Friendly staff, cute cafe in a nice location.
