Some staff ok but one guy there should not be working with customers. Terrible, unhelpful, daft, ill thought thought comments and backchat - service with a snarl. We gave up and left. Unfortunate as other Sport Direct stores have been great but this one is worth avoiding.

I had bought karrimor trainers but they rubbed. So I took the back to shop as faulty. The girl shop assistant looked at them said nothing wrong with them.she needed proof of the fault. Iam telling you they are faulty .I just needed a pair that aren't faulty. She said I have karrimor and they aren't faulty .so thats there policies

A man who worked there with glasses had a poor attitude when it came to a health and safety issue regarding the floor which was evidently a hazard. Made a smart comment in regards to it and wasn't interested at all. Pretty poor.

It has a decent choice of stuff but now annoyingly charges you for things you order online and pick up in store which is a total rip off
