Not the best.. I?ve been going to SS for 10 years.. young uninterested staff that looked through me.. stood twirling her hair throughout and didn?t even make eye contact or listen to me.
Will go to the small independent ones in future with customer service skills.

While on holiday I broke my spectacles and went into the Penrith store. I was was welcomed by Darcy, and I explained my situation and that I was in desperate need for a new set of glasses as I needed them for driving, she went to speak to other colleagues to see what they could do for me and Fiona had helped me pick new frames and took them to the technician to make my new glasses. Less than 30mins I had my new specs. I would like to thank Darcy, Fiona and the technician (didn't get her name) for there wonderful service, they are a credit to your company.
