I am appalled by the customer service today and i do admit that i did argue back to this women with purple hair but she was nasty!! i got served for alcohol about a month ago but she refused my id after i came back down for the second time today as i went out my way to go back home to get my id, just for an energy drink. i understand the policy?s as i work in a bar myself , the first time i went in i didn?t have my id but i asked for a reasoning why i cant show it from my phone and she continue to slam things on the counter and speak to me like crap!! and when me and my sister went back she started off with a cheeky comment asking if i have id ?this time?!? , from previous reviews on her i don?t understand how she still has her job . you lot also clearly don?t do stock rotation with fresh stock as there?s multiple complaints about out of date food . she then continued to serve the rest of my shopping but not my energy drinks . she has a kink for id?s!!! absolutely disgusting women!

seen multiple complaints about this sue women!! including discrimination etc.. how she must ?have a kink for having id?, i work in retail myself and the way she was speaking to my sister was disgraceful. i understand the look 25 policy but she was just rude and awful!! and the customer service was not on, she asked for id for a redbull so we came back to the shop and proved we are over the age of 16! 18 by the way!!! she then refused to serve my sister because of previous argument . Stood there arguing with my sister when your 2x her age . all these complaints about sue!!! she needs to be sacked. not my first hiccup with this women either . i love this shop and have been shopping here for years but awful costumer service provided by sue

I take my hat off and raise a glass for the staff there today, working hard while being the only store open in town for Easter Sunday, and open all day for that matter. I never seen the place so busy in my life when stepping foot today, and the staff were still friendly, cooperative and calm. Cheers ?

The 3 women working there helped me get my electric sorted even though it was a kinda a new thing to them because it's wasn't so simple because I had a code not money so thanks for managing to get it sorted for me.. thanks

there's been a few reviews about it so Sue clearly has a kink for it- got told my ID doesn't look like me?
- never ever had any issues with my ID before as it's literally me lol
-got served here for vapes 2 days ago with the same ID
- she asked the lady at the other till if it looked like me and the other lady said no without even looking at my face. The other lady was literally metres away at the other till, could only see my side profile, and glanced at me through display items
That other lady was also the one who took my ID from my hand on Monday, looked at it and me, typed in to confirm my age, and handed me a vape. How do I suddenly not look the same?
I also offered to show her my bank cards, uni card etc as they all have the same name as my ID.
She's literally causing customers to go elsewhere

Joke of a place i am 30 year old and they wouldnt serve me for a can of monster without id i could understand if i looked young but i look older than what i am staff were very rude also seemed like she couldnt be bothered to serve me no manners new staff needed

Horrendous customer service from sue (purple/pink hair), using think 25 challenge as a reason to not serve me even when my id was presented to her. I?m 30 years old for Christ sake. I can only assume she was having a bad day and chose to be petty. A formal complaint will be given to steve the manager asap.

Staff rude sue with the pink hair ridiculed and embarrassed my disabled daughter. And the staff thought it was funny. It goes without saying I will be taking this further Sue ridiculing disabled people sue is not right. I hope you manager Steve Wright is proud of his staff if you are disabled avoid that store at all cost

Incredibly rude woman on the till by the front door. Thursday the 8th Sept about 9 15 am.She was rude and short to the customer in front of me as she went to the wrong till. I only wanted a parking disc so asked if they had them She snapped my head off and informed me she was was serving. I knew this!! She then slapped one on the counter without looking at me...customer service NIL!!!..Won't be back
