I went here after a B&Q rmember of staff recommendation. I needed a way to stop an older washing machine drain from spouting water under the sink when the sink was used. The washing machine had been taken away and the 'spigot?' had not been blanked off. I arrived just before closing. The young lady Duty Manager was truly excellent! Nothing was too much trouble and with a lovely manner! The difficulty was that the union sizes had changed over the years so getting a blanking cover proved problematic. In the end I was provided with a 'blanking plug' to put in the spigot for the massive price of £2.36! It works! Excellent service. Excellent result

Not seen so many staff in one place so unhappy doing what they do. I don't wether it's the pay or conditions there, but they aren't happy.

Duty Manager doesn't know consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Very unprofessional for a manager.
Update: another member of staff at the branch, without prompting, spoke to the area manager about the issue. The area manager then agreed a refund, and the branch reached out to arrange it. Full credit to the employee who sorted this and took the initiative to investigate further; they resolved a poorly handled situation in a much more professional manner (and not simply just because I got a refund).
