Very over priced, I walked in talking to my friend saying Penrith has changed its full of charity shops now. A volunteer interrupted in my conversation and said there is 12 now. I said they are quite expensive too!. She said people down South say we are cheap!. I thought in my head is the Lake District down south NO! Do we get paid the same wages up North as down South No! Lancashire is on the doorstep to Cumbria and it is one of the poorest counties in England too. Her saying Southerners say its cheap is that what Penrith wants to Attract?
