A very good hotel, convenient for the M6 motorway, yet near Penrith town centre. It offers rooms with a variety of prices but with one high standard of customer service. The breakfast offer includes a range of meals to suit most tastes but all come with a consistently good service level. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional regardless of the scale of the issue that customers present them with. I booked a premier room which costs a little more than the standard but offers a disproportionately higher level of comfort. My arrival in my room on yet another hot and uncomfortable day was a relief as the air con in the room wafted out the door. Getting a proper night's sleep was made easier with this facility available all night.

Good location. Felt staff had a issue with people of colour/race. Not friendly. Aircon didnt work and we were informed. Only when we enquired as to whether we were using it correctly we get told its not working and will not fixed whilst we were there. We had a big family but they felt a table fan would be sufficient to cover our stay. No kindness or apology/compensation when other premier inn offered us so much more. This one was a let down

First time stayed in Penrith premier inn, our Air conditioner wasn?t working on the first night, so couldn?t sleep (5 and half hours drive to this place) and my 3 child and wife were very tired and uncomfortable and obviously we couldn?t open any windows, told the staff and they gave me small fan which was broken. Return again for another one, got a working fan but staff member didn?t even apologised. There were no advance notices of broken AC ect. Apparently all AC?s will be fixed on the 1st of August 2025 but they are still letting people check in. Staff were not friendly (looked miserable towards us) and unprofessional. My wife and myself were still smiling while taking to all members of staff. Although I have seen premier staff members giving excellent customer service to other customers.
Room was ok. But because of customer service and paying a lot of money I wouldn?t stay here in the future. I may make a complaint.

Had a lovely stay! Most notably the colleague Asher in the bar/restaurant was excellent and very sweet despite presumably being fairly new! Will return at some point and wish all the best to Asher

I was helping with a charity bike ride and this hotel was superb. Their staff were incredibly considerate and welcoming. The building was spotlessly clean and well kept and had easy access to the town with good parking.

Very good food and rooms. As you'd expect from Premier Inn. The double bed and sofa bed were both very comfortable. Great shower. Great staff. Highly recommended!

Great location in the centre of town with plenty of free parking. Rooms had everything you would expect and comfortable bedding. All very quiet on a Saturday night which was great. Plenty of restaurants near by and next door to a large Sainsbury?s

Clean tidy small restaurant but all you need. You surrounded by choice pub restaurant supermarket pretty decent no complaints. Staff friendly and extremely helpful.
