Waited a good 15 minutes without being served by anyone. There were three members of staff in store, two of which who were helping just one customer. Complete waste of time! Walked out without being helped. WiFi in store didn?t work either, so couldn?t look for deals myself whilst waiting. Perhaps some sort of self-service equipment would be a good idea since the staff weren?t available to help!

Told them exactly what I wanted the cheapest pay and go phone they had , just wanted a phone to make and receive calls and texts , the most basic phone they had . They came back with two smart phones at £100 each, Carlisle 02 shop cheapest one available for my needs is £19 , why wasn't I offered this choice. Try giving the customer what he wants instead of what you want to give them . I've been in sales most of my life , you just don't get it.
