Everytime I order food here it turns up wrong or cold.I order a delivery tonight and food was missing, when you phone them all they say is, you need to go through the refund process on line, what about the fact I've got no food to eat now? Clueless, hopeless, worthless branch, I won't order from here again

Hate McDonald's food, only popped in because it was 7 am on a Sunday morning, so nothing else was open, coffee was good and service was fast again because it's was 7am so not busy .
