Great support from Kelly at JN. She asked, Tom, one of professionals, to call me. He recommended the correct combination. I returned the reel& fly line. The replacement arribed as promised in a few days. These guys are great. Note to self, call the experts first for advice!

Recently bought 5 x fly lines from the John Norris range, 1st line split and fell apart first use. It was replaced with no hassle, the replacement has done the same which was also replaced without any hassle, since then every single line has failed in the same way with very little use. Absolute waste of money and not willing to waste anymore of my time swapping out lines and chasing customer service to replace with more rubbish. I really can't fault the customer service but John Norris own lines are the worst fishing product I've ever purchased. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Completely new to fly fishing so i went to the people in the know ! The staff were brilliant, and ever so helpful, explained to me what I needed and took me through all the options. I placed my order which arrived in 2 days. The only thing missing now is a trout on the end of my line !!

A great shop, very polite and helpful over the phone. A visit to the shop is a must for anyone. Plenty to look at and the staff are very easy to talk to and are extremely helpful. I will be returning in the future!

We always call in here when we are up in Cumbria and end up spending !!
Luckily, there's usually a sale on and even better last weekend, I had a VIP code email for an extra 20% on some items.

I've used the online shop several times, but today, Sunday 12 Jan 25, I called into the shop for a look around as I was in the area. I was served by a young man in a Simms jacket and I just wanted to say he is an absolute asset to your business, pleasant, engageing and a nice guy. Most impressed with the shop too, the cast of Georgina Ballantine's famous salmon was a nice touch to the shop floor. Thank you.
