Absolutely excellent service... when other Toyota garages inspected and didn't know what was wrong without 'additional inspection days' the guys here knew over the phone what the problem was! The part finally arrived and they squeezed me in on the same day to fit it! Would highly recommended

We bought our RS3 from Stephen, he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish.I had searched the country far and wide for one I was happy with, but had no luck and had given up, then I seen Jim Walton Penrith had exactly the spec I wanted with one previous owner!I couldn't pass up the offer as it was on my doorstep and exactly what I wanted at the right price, after a 5 minute phone call with Steve the deposit was down.I will definitely be back for whatever comes next and will send anyone looking for a car their way as they are an absolutely first class local garage.

Excellent p/x valuation and great car well presented.Steven did not manage to fit the dash cam as requested but as way of compensation paid my 12 months road tax without being asked.In the 30 yrs that I have been retired my wife and I have purchased 45 cars between us (yes 45) and she hates the process as we have had some bad experiences in the past.I must say that this was one of the best experiences that we have had and we have no hesitation in recommending this family firm of which Steven is the son of the founder

Just collected our new Toyota Yaris hybrid from Jim Walton (Penrith). We part exchanged our current Yaris for which we received a really good price. When choosing a new car at Walton's I received honest advice I felt I could trust. I didn't feel at all pressurised into making a purchase as I had at other garages. I like the fact that this is an independent business and family run. And I was impressed by what friends (and even other garage owners) advised me to do - Go to Walton's. I followed that advice and am very pleased with my purchase and the service I received.

Outstanding Service!I previously travelled over three hours to Birmingham to view a car at a Seat main dealer and was extremely dissatisfied with service I received and the condition of the car. I came across Jim Walton motors after resuming my search for a replacement surprise present for my son?s birthday. after seeing the replica car I contacted Stephen and arranged to view the car. As I was over two hours away from the showroom, Stephen offered to stay open later so I could see the car in person, and take a test drive. The car was in excellent condition and was presented to the highest standards compared to the Seat Dealerships in Birmingham.I found Stephen?s customer service standards excellent as was his knowledge of the vehicle and its history. Allowing me to personally test drive the car alone was very trusting and shows how they respect and value you as a customer.
