Absolutely fantastic experience with HQ Auto & Leisure. I am new to the area and hadn?t used HQ before, I booked my Mercedes in to have new front & rear brake pads (as recommended after a Mercedes Service). There was an issue when their supplier delivered the incorrect pads but they kept me fully up to date and managed to get the correct ones later the same day and fitted them. I then went to collect the car to find the invoice was £240 cheaper than expected?the mechanic came and spoke to me to tell me that the rear pads didn?t need changing. So unlike many other garages that would have completed the work for the extra money HQ didn?t do that and saved me the money instead! Couldn?t recommend them enough.

Great service ... Needed discs and pads at short notice. Identified a sticking caliper also that was cause of lowered fuel efficiency... And sorted a rattle ... Drives like new

Been meaning to write this for a while, booked my van in for a repair and service which was required to get me back on the road for work. Matthew went above and beyond to book me in the next day other garages around Penrith had 6 weeks waiting list) Everything was fantastic, dropped the van off and had it back the same evening. Highly recommend!

Amazing service, went above and beyond. Early Saturday morning our lesuire battery died. Despite it being a half day for the garage they fitted us in and changed over battery.Would highly recommend this establishment. True professionals.

3 weeks ago they took over 2 hours to fail the MOT on my 30 year old motorhome, then refused to do the necessary work saying it was too old and parts are hard to get hold of.We sourced all the parts from a local supplier and it passed it's MOT at another garage today. Definitely wouldn't recommend...

My wifes TT lost air-conditioning cooling whilst on a recent trip to see her mum in hospital. I telephoned HQ (who provide a wide range of Auto and Leisure services) and was very pleased to be booked in for a re-gas at 0830 the next morning. I arrived at a very professional looking garage and was dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner. The car was fixed within an hour and at a very good price. So much so that I took my own car in for a re-gas too! I would highly recommend this business.
