“This is probably the only company we worked with in Cumbria which we couldn’t fault. Their service was just perfection from start to end! We were initially a bit worried to spend a significant amount with a company that had not many reviews. However, we went in to see their quartz choices and we found ‘the one’ which we didn’t find in multiple places in the Manchester and Leeds area. “I came with a simple problem with my elderly iPhone SE, the charging cord was not charging the phone battery and the battery was completely flat not a glimmer of the red charging signal. It was a simple problem but I did not know that."don't worry he said, it is just some fluff blocking the connection a bit of cleaning and it will be fine". I was not a loca, in factI I was on a journey from Scotland to London, I needed my Phone. I would have paid anything to have it fixed on the spot. That is what they did , no attempt was made to talk up the problem in an attempt to charge the earth. It was fixed on the spot within 10 minutes and for me great value at £10. the next time I am passing through Penrith I shall bring my Lap top for a service, !! Excellent service and a very friendly guy to remove the fluff, thank heavens businesses like that still exist.”
