Used 24hr ATM at Home Bargains Penrith while out of opening hours. Took 5 minutes for the transaction.
Got fined £100 by their Parkingeye parking control.
How can you offer a 24hr service but not allow you to park for the 5 minutes it takes to use the 24hr ATM?
This is just a money making scam for Parkingeye and Home Bargains by association . Either lock your gates or remove the 24hour service.

I'm on holiday up here with both my autistic children. We have brought our assistant puppy with us and he is currently in training has a lead on saying this. When walking into the shop with my youngest already having a melt down we were barely in the door when one lady pounced on us saying is he an assistant dog (who was being carried might i add) i replied with yes so she went back to what she was doing, then when we was about to walk pass her she asked us what he was an assistant dog for? So I replied with both my boys are autistic to which she replied 'good luck'. We walked down 3 more aisles to then be met with no dogs in the shop we sell food! So I replied with one of your colleagues has already questioned us he is an assistant dog in training, yes i appreciate you sell food but you also allow assistant dogs! surely with them walking round with headsets on they could have made people aware. My eldest was deeply distressed with the situation we were put in that he couldn't wait to get back out the shop making us feel like we were criminals. Home Bargains Penrith very disappointed to say the least. It's also Autism Awareness month and yet people are still not aware.
I've put 3 stars as the quality of products in the store was brilliant if not it would have been a 1*
