Not what I expected. I wasn?t sure if it was a scam website due to the reasonable prices but it?s really good. I got an ashes necklace and it?s beautiful and the chain is nice and long. Packaging was adorable too. I was expecting it to arrive a bit quicker but I think it took a little longer due to bank holidays which isn?t their fault. 100% recommend ?

My husband brought me a double heart necklace as a wedding present almost 5 years ago! Ive worn it every single day without taking it off at all in the first few years. More recently i have given it some better care taking it off to shower etc. unfortunately due to my lack of really looking after it properly it needed re darkening and a good polish! £20 I paid plus postage (less than £30) and it looks like a brand new necklace! Honestly this necklace is so treasured more so than my almost 5k engagement ring because its priceless this truly is the most precious gift beside my actual children. This keeps them with me all the time <3

Can?t fault the team, just amazing. I originally ordered a hand print necklace back in 2021, I needed a replacement chain and messaged HOH via Facebook messenger. The team were so lovely and found my original order and helped find the appropriate chain, ordered and arrived very swiftly. I wanted to add an additional charm but it?s an old design - again via messenger the team made this possible - which again was ordered and received very quickly. Really can?t fault at all - customer service is TOP tier. Thank you ??

A really kind, compassionate, and thoughtful service throughout. I was kept updated regularly on the progress of my pieces, and I am so pleased with the final results. They were also ready long before my expected completion date. I cannot recommend them enough.

What a beautiful and kind company this is. I ordered two of the rectangular cremation pendants, and they are absolutely stunning. One of the pieces didn?t come out as planned, so they made me another free of charge and sent me all three along with the remaining ashes, and every piece is truly stunning. Customer service were extremely gentle and kind, and always quick to respond. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thank you so much xxx

I can really recommend Hand On Heart to someone who's looking to remember someone special in their lives. The process of ordering was really smooth and they provided regular updates on my ring. It came beautifully presented and I love the ring. The only thing I'd say is that it is a little smaller than I was expecting so maybe go a size up!

My ashes necklace is absolutely gorgeous, i?ll treasure it forever. The packaging is great with any left over ashes sent back, and a lovely little jewellery box. I am getting married this year and the only way we could have our eldest son there was by having some of his ashes with us. I did lots of research and decided on Hand on Heart and I am so pleased I did. My item is beautiful and more than I could of hoped for. The customer service has been amazing. When there was an issue with the chain, someone contacted me to explain the problem and that they are working on sorting something out. They sent me a picture of the new chain they wanted to try for my approval. My necklace arrived very well packaged and presented in a beautiful jewellery box. I would recommend HoH to anyone and I am so thankful they have helped us have our son with us on our wedding day
