Well laid out and vast, normally beats the prices of the high street. Had to buy a pair of boots for a girl mid D of E but couldn't get D of E discount, as was on offer and again they have changed thee cards and mine is out of date... what a waste of plastic. But got what I wanted and can exchange if required, when she finally gets in and tries them.

Good selection of walking gear (& other stuff) extra 10% discount with a national trust card, English Heritage and blue light card. Probably others too, but those were the ones remembered the lady on the till mentioning. Also do price match. Prices usually competitive to start with.

It?s a great store and in a handy location but some of the staff aren?t very nice. It takes a lot for me to complain/say something negative about someone especially in retail and at this time of year but I was blown away by how rude the lady I spoke to was. That?s two occasions I?ve had to deal with rude staff in there. It?s a shame because Go Outdoors are usually super helpful and friendly. If you need help with something I just wouldn?t bother.

Was blown away by the size of this store. They have an excellent range of products that will cater to most of your outdoor activities. The prices are good and the service is excellent. Definitely worth a visit but be warned, you?re going to spend money there, it?s too tempting not to.

Brilliant customer service in this store. Pretty much every time I?ve been in.Can?t state enough how friendly and helpful everyone is from store manager, Nigel, to Becca that served me, to Tony who was great when trying boots on.Customer service is amazing, especially for the UK!Highly recommended!

Ridiculously overpriced for customers who are not part of their loyalty scheme, which carries an annual charge. A lot of products cost twice as much if you're not a member. I refuse to pay £26 just for a water bottle! It's an absolute con and Go Outdoors will no doubt be losing valuable custom as a result. Let's see if this is the next casualty of the high street.
