I am forever grateful to the team at Eden Eye Care for their skills and knowledge about new technologies. Both my teenagers were affected by rapidly increasing short sightedness. The team recommend Miosmart glasses and contact lenses to try and slow the decline. 2 years on their prescriptions are the same/no change to lenses. The Miosmart is amazing technology which hopefully will stop them becoming very shortsighted. I cannot say how grateful I am to the team for protecting their sight, and how lovely the whole team is to deal with. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Our first time at Eden Eye Care and the service is fantastic. From first being welcomed, then complimentary hot drinks, highly skilled optometrist and what a choice of glasses presented and looked after by Zoe ?My wife had some amazing frames and as to go with her unusual and differing sight in either eye they were ordered from Spain. Myself I have had varifocals for the past 20yrs and I had an idea to ditch these and just go with spectacles for long (driving) vision as working on a laptop all day without glasses. So me having chosen some similar frames both our frames were ordered.About a week later we got a call from Eden to say our glasses we ready. My wife?s glasses were perfect, but sadly mine were not right (I should?ve stayed with Varifocals) so Zoe said that isn?t a problem as Eden have a no quibble 60days ?change your glasses? ? so varifocals were needed for me?. Just about a week last my correct spectacles were ready ? I can now see much better ?As I said earlier, the service at Eden Eye Care is absolutely brilliant?Thank you so much Zoe

My husband and I came for an eye test as a result of a recommendation and we had no clue of what to expect having never had one before. We were so impressed with the whole service, felt well and truly looked after. Everything was explained really well and we now know exactly why we're both struggling to see! Zoe was very patient helping us choose our glasses and we're now looking forward to getting them and enjoying reading again. Thank you.

This is the best Opticians I've ever been too. The staff are very helpful and efficient and friendly. Then to Ian! He is the best there is. I would not go anywhere else. He always explains everything . His knowledge and equipment are second to none. Thank you for always doing a wonderful job

Ian, Zoe and team provide an outstanding level of service. So knowledgeable, super professional and totally friendly. Nothing is too much trouble to explain, and the styling advice is very reassuring. I trust that the whole of my family's eyes are in very safe hands.

Cannot recommend the free styling consultation with Zoe enough! ?Easy to book and communicate with before and after the appointment. So friendly and professional!I was unhappy with the current frames I had quickly chosen at my opticians and put off wearing them. I sent photos of my face with and without glasses so when I went to the appointment Zoe had several glasses for me to try on to suit. She was extremely considerate and patient and made me feel at ease. I chose some gorgeous Tom Ford frames which were ready for me to pick up the next day ?!!!I now have frames which suit my face and I feel confident in! ?Thankyou Zoe x ??

I cannot reccomend Eden Eyecare enough!!I had a free styling consultantion today with Ellie and it was everything I needed, I wish I went sooner. For the past two/three months, I have been struggling to find a frame to suit my face shape and within 30 minutes of being in the shop, I had found the perfect pair.Ellie helped me throughout, listening to my preferred style and taking into consideration my face shape, skin tone and probably lots more aspects I was unaware of. Ellie made reccomendations based on this and third pair in, I found them! I wanted to be sure, so tried on a few more of her reccomendations which was happily facilitated and I didn't feel pressured or rushed at all.Once I had chosen the glasses, all available options were discussed with me (what glare protection I wanted ect) to which there was no pressure to purchase any of these, but enough information was given to provide an informed decision as to what would suit me best.I am really excited to get my new frames and will be a life long customer now.Thanks to Ellie and Zoe for all of your help!

Great experience with eden eye care, I needed some new prescription lenses in my sunglasses. I went to Eden Eye Care and Zoey was great. My sunglasses were picked up from me and returned with the new prescription within a week. Great efficient, friendly service.

Brilliant experience!First visit to Eden Eyecare ,after 20 years with local " supermarket" style opticians.Difference couldn't be more striking.Staff were socially skilled, professional and Mr Macnish took time, giving a full and detailed explanation of my eye examination, also illustrating how he could tell a great deal about my general health from this - very informative and reassuring.The glasses, varifocals, when received, were very well manufactured and are without doubt the best glasses I've had during my time needing them. 5 stars to Eden Eyecare , see you next time!
