I'm not at all impressed with the service provided. I had to constantly chase for news and their communications were rare and poor.Furthermore, they only became attentive once the deal was done, and they wanted their £2.5k.I spent 10 years in my earlier career as an estate agent and would have been embarrassed to have offered such poor service.
