What used to be a gold mine has severely gone down hill. Avoid at all costs unless you want to sit in silence. Tucked away in the Devonshire arcade in Penrith is a cafe by the name of "Cosy Cup Bakery Cafe". What a little gem this is. Comfy, room to move, pleasant staff and, most importantly, good food . We are a friendly bunch who enjoy working with people. All of our products our freshly handmade in the Devonshire arcade daily. We serve award winning Bruce & Luke’s coffee , which in our opinion is the best around . Pop in and see us , we serve breakfast , light lunches , snacks and lots of cakes . Covid rules have made things a little different to normal, we are trying to keep everything as safe as possible. Lots of cleaning , sanitising , and then some more. Please help us to keep you and us safe. Wear your face covering until you are sitting and please sanitise your hands on entering. Thank you so much ❤️
