Often donate money and items to buy Penrith. Last year made nearly £500 in total. Usually staff lovely and grateful especially when I take my handcrafted products in. The last two days donated a bench and lots of my products I've made and both days the gentleman in store was extremely abrupt, said nothing except over there, thankyou and pointed to corner of store to leave items. Asked nothing about them, didn't ask about gift aid, showed no interest. I always support them as have heart failure but extremely disappointed in the customer relation last couple days ?

While donating two small boxes of shoes, Halloween decorations and one bag of washed clothes, I was pointed at by the Scottish lady who works in this shop and rudely told that is enough! Well, I shall be more selective when donating next time. So much for trying to be charitable.
