The pharmacist mark was absolutely brilliant, he was so kind and reassuring, i called to ask if he was free for my issue and he asked me to come in asap and talked me through everything and made my prescription personally for me

Opened later than advertised 9am, no apologies. Prescription not ready despite having been approved 6 days ago, again no apologies for the wait. Often been left standing while staff and manager 'busy' themselves with other things. Surely customers always come first..they do in almost every other retail environment. Pick your game up, Boots Penrith.

Lovely helpful pharmacist, however one staff member was thoroughly obnoxious, very loud and totally unhelpful, told me my prescription was out of date, which it wasn?t, they had none of the medication, which they did have? thankfully the pharmacist stepped in to assist, hence my 5 star review. The woman (couldn?t call her a lady) would have secured 0, not that she will be bothered at all as she clearly didn?t give a flying f and was more bothered about the ?dream team? and ?night out on Saturday?

I have been looking for Boot's Salon smooth nail files for quite a few weeks now with no success. Still out of stock but I will keep looking!! Otherwise the shop is clean and tidy with helpful staff.
