The robots and the soft play added to a lovely family experience with decent food (really enjoyed the "nachos") and our server Darius was really friendly and made us feel comfortable after a stressful drive! Kids menu decent too.

Food was lovely and came hot and quickly even though it was busy. Our waitress Christiana was absolutely lovely and very attentive to us. My kids loved theServing robots. Nice atmosphere, good amount of choice on the menu. I was a little frustrated I can?t use my BlueLight discount here, but that?s no fault of the staff working there.Kid-friendliness: The waitress was lovely with my children and the food choices for kids are good. My kids are across both the kids menu and adult menu and this was no problem with the staff who were very accommodating.

We normally only ever give four stars for any activity. However the service was 1st class. Really fun waitress who made it in her way to serve us exceptionally well. She pitched her service to match our mood. We loved it.

We were at this restaurant in September (forgot to leave a review) and I just wanted to say how brilliant the food was, but moreover the service we received from Cristina (I'm sorry if I've spelled this wrong) was amazing. Very friendly and even went above and beyond for myself after finding out it was my birthday, got a small cake and even got the robot to sing happy birthday which my daughter loved!! Thank you so much again.

We enjoyed a lovely meal in Bella Italia Whinfell center Parcs yesterday and we were not disappointed. The food was served very hot and our server Vika was very pleasant and attentive. She even took 5 mins out to chat with us! We will be back again on Thurs for another meal. Can't wait....thank you Bella Italia keep up the fantastic work ;-)

The food was AMAZING. Chefs kiss. Amazing food on an amazing break. But I?ll never forget our waiter Mike. He was our star. Suggested us good wine and made our dinner memorable with good hospitality.

From a wonderful welcome and chat with Monica and our very friendly waiter Rafa it made for a very enjoyable evening. Thanks guys! The pizzas were the best we have tasted. Particular mention are the pasta gamberoni and the formaggio pizza. Delicious. Our granddaughter was so excited to have our food delivered by the BellBot.

Decent food overall, Monica the waitress was brilliant. The pizza?s we had were pretty good but not as good as the ones from Italy.
