“I’ve used AB’s for a quite a few years but after moving away for a while I had taken my car to another garage. My car was running pretty rubbish, even after having a service and work done elsewhere. I took it back to AB’s who found several issues which they fixed, along side a full service and MOT. Now its honestly like driving a new car. “Had been to Hope's Garage for a few years. So it was good to pop in . I only put £10 . I was able to use the toilet before heading back to Kirkoswald. I do enjoy looking at the plants that are next to the windows. I have bought quite a few over the last 12 years. So I saw a tiny little plant that need a little encouragement. If you're ever looking for a good place to fill up or just to feel safe then Hope's will be your best stop and enjoy the visit.”

The guys said I could bring it down and let them have a look, despite them being really busy.The chap was very friendly and keen to help. He diagnosed the fault really quickly but they couldn’t get me booked in for three weeks. At which point they agreed to stay open late to fix my van for me. They also gave me the option to fit a quality part or a budget part, I’d never had a garage ask that before and I appreciate them asking.They absolutely went above and beyond for me, they are absolutely brilliant and I will certainly use them again in the future.
