Lovely family run garage. Great service and decent prices. I've never felt under pressure to have more done than I wanted and have always felt that they were really honest in things. Now always take our car there for servicing, MOT and any repairs.

As promised, I am leaving a review because of the following:As a woman sometimes you can be made to feel stupid or like you don't know a thing about cars just because you ask for something to be explained. Not at ABs MOT. They couldn't be any more helpful if they tried.Family run business, very welcoming and all the staff so polite. Mary-Anne on the desk; very knowledgeable, friendly and polite on the phone as well as in person. When I went to collect my car she explained everything in full detail and got Matthew who had serviced and MOT'd my car to explain what future work needed doing, again explained in a way to me that made sense which is very important. Andrew also came through to just reassure me on the future works etc.Overall, an amazing experience and booked straight in for future work. Couldn't rate higher. Reviews are so important I wish more people would leave them to help businesses as good as this!Thanks guysStefany C

Brilliant service - they fixed issues on my 30 year old motorhome and got it through it's MOT (after another garage failed it, then refused to do the work - too old and parts hard to find?). All done in great time and at a reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend AB?s MOTs. Excellent service from a very friendly and helpful company. Whilst on holiday at Center Parcs I realised that my MOT had expired, they managed to fit me in and get me sorted within 48 hours. Thank you so much!

I can't tell you how impressed I am with the service here. The family went over and above what I asked, even having the expert knowledge of installing a diesel heater at short notice. It took time as I was in no rush and I think they appreciated that. Cost was silly cheap for the time and effort. Can't recommend highly enough.Services: Engine repair

Just a big thank you for the other day for saving me a massive headache! My Volvo broke down on the M6 and I was recovered by the RAC to you on the Sunday night (3rd) for repair. I messaged you on Facebook on the Sunday as was desperate for the car to be repaired for the Wednesday - unbelievably you replied and my car was fixed for the Tuesday. Called AB today for an MOT, I was advised bookings were available the following week-wednesday, unfortunately this wasn't good for me as my MOT was due to run out before then (my own fault!)HOWEVER, when I mentioned this on the phone, I was told to 'hang on' and a few moments later told if I could get there today it would be done as they had had a no show. FANTASTIC!After reading good reviews on google I was not let down, these guys and gals are great, from getting me in at late notice to a fast, efficient, friendly, professional MOT done in no time.I am new to the area and finding good mechanics can be a bit daunting....but lucky for me AB are there.Will use again and recommend 5*
