Car was off the road for over 3 months and the Kia ?experts? were floundering and couldn?t be bothered looking into the issue. They wanted to charge nearly £2000 as a starting point and weren?t guaranteeing a repair. SJ&B Pritchard were recommended as being professionals and got my car back on the road with only 3 hours labour and a fraction of Kia?s half hearted starting point. Would definitely recommend these guys. Kia?s starting point at £2000 would not have solved the problem!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Dropped my Kuga off for a service everything was handled professionally and I was informed all the way a very knowledgeable garage with vast diagnostics facilities they were able to pin point a small leak in my thermostat housing which a main dealer missed highly recommended they are a very busy place and with good cause thanks guys 11/10?Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Jeff worked very hard to fix the fault with the Diesel Particulate Filter problem we were having. It kept coming back but he fitted us in despite the fact he was super busy as we were due to return to France. Really please with his service and his attitude, and he didn?t charge us a stupid amount of money for what was a really tricky problem. Highly recommended!!

Taken my VW caddy here today for new heater plugs & engine remap really happy with the service very professional and a fantastic clean and tidy workshop which when you see something like this it gives you confidence. Having bought a BMW for a dealer in Preston who has effectively shut down communication with us we took it to Pritchards as family have used them for years. They gave the car a through check, full service, mot and honest appraisal. We have been please with their service so far and hope to use them again in future.

S.J and B Pritchard Remapped my defender and has made a Massive difference a lot more driveable an pulls like a train now service was brilliant explained everything that was going on fault code read ( many obd code readers unable to link to defenders as they use a specific software) an remapped it in around an hour definitely use again

MOT failed with good reasons (headlight bulb required adjustment and nunber pkate bulb required replacement) however they refused to do the work required to enable a pass due to the cleanliness of the interior. Again, this is a good qnd acceptable reason however does not explain why they would complete the initial MOT and charge £54.85 - surely if the cleanliness was not acceptable to do the repair (which I might add are external) then why would they complete the initial MOT?Also they abruptly refused to explain anything over the phone.

As always completely satisfied with S J & B Pritchard. I have used this garage, along with other members of my family, for many years.Doesn't matter what you need doing on your vehicle they are 100% reliable, give an excellent service, very trustworthy, friendly and honest. They do their very best to fit you in with times that suit your working diary and you have the use of a courtesy car, if it's available. I would recommend them 100%.Service: Tires

Had my van to this garage on 2 seperate occasions, to help with engine management problems.. both times test were done and codes reset, only for it to come back on 4 miles down the road. Got the impression he wanted to plug computers in to find the problem, but not actually fix it. In the end he couldn't even find it.!Obviously i was billed for time spent, after being told he couldn't find the problem. And that I should take it elsewhere.! I wish I was told this in the first place as now the other garage has to do all the same test I have already payed for at pritchards. Bit upset with my experience as I heard a lot of good things about this garage.!
