BE VERY CAREFUL this shop does NOT give refunds!!!!
I purchased a coat yesterday and when I returned to the shop today was informed that I could only have a credit note!!
I was not made aware that there was a no refund policy when I purchased the coat, nor was I made aware of the old faded notice to customers, high up in a shelf advising of a 14 day only return policy. There is no indication of this no refund policy on the receipt of purchase. So unless you are psychic be in your guard!!!
I now have a credit note for £69 which I will never use.
DO not purchase unless you are absolutely sure you want it as there will be NO refund. What a shambles.
