Came today with my dog Bonnie, everywhere except inside the cafes is dog friendly, which is great! Staff were all very friendly and helpful, lovely waitress looked after my dog whilst I nipped I to the Cafe and the food was unreal. Like mitchelin star quality not typical garden center fayre. Love it here ??

Ordered 10 bags of gravel, said it would be £5 delivery which is considerably cheaper than other garden centers in the local area,
Delivered next day by a very friendly driver and left exactly where I?d asked for it. Could not recommend the delivery service enough. Would definitely order compost and grit again!!

Always a great place to stop for lunch or breakfast. The cafe is decent for staples such as full breakfast/ avocado toast / soup and sandwiches. The wood fired kitchen tends to be less busy but has great pizzas and deli boards.
Plenty of parking and a nice location.

Very nice raspberry scone - fresh and tasty - and tea.
Outside seating made it delightful in the sunshine.

Surly staff in cafe, poor greeting, made it obvious request for different table was a bother by pulling a face, mediocre tea cake delivered to table with indifference, flat white not made correctly. Expensive. Letting the rest of the garden centre down with this poor customer service. We have been coming here for 30 years but will not return to the cafe. We see there are similar complaints on trustpilot.

Great garden centre, but last couple of occasions visiting cafe, not impressed by service.
Staff stood about taking, simple order of a coffee a piece of flapjack, brought wrong cake!!! Hardly busy time of day, simple order messed up????
Disappointed! Has cafe management changed?
Need to focus on your loyal customers!
Other garden centres locally!

Food was not very good, had a sandwich made with bread that had been left to go dry, triple cooked chips were awful, full of burnt ,crispy bits ? £28 ... very dissapointed ?
Bay view garden centre is much superior to here.... never again

Visited this garden centre cafe multiple time whilst on holiday in Carnforth. Lovely spacious cafe which is always busy, be prepared to queue at peak times. Everything we had was excellent & good quality. It would be nice to have a little more choice in the menu & service with a smile could be a little hit & miss depending on staff member but the quality food makes up for this. Not the cheapest place to eat but I would definitely recommend.
Kid-friendliness: Frequented by lots of families, highchairs available & plenty of room for prams etc.
Wheelchair accessibility: The staff are very good at accommodating wheelchair users.
