We recently bought some carpets from hear and we waiting for them to be fitted but up to know we have had no problem with this company at all an the staff are very good and even good with my partner who has learning disabilities thay could not have been any better with her so I highly recommend 5 stars

Excellent service. Carpet ordered and fitted in a short space of time...looks lovely.Fitters were very good ,turned up on time, worked hard and did a good job. Would use Williams again in future.

Useless to be honest ,order carpet paid for it ouright and to be fitted a week.later still not fitted properly and not the carpet my daughter picked ! So angry at them never use them again, and we will be spreading the word they have a good reputation but not in our opinion unless you watch over them ! Can only hope they conducts business better than their driving. Overtaking a car with children in only to cut infront and slam brakes on as there is a 2 lorries ahead. Dangerous driving!
