Excellent customer care. Vision Express provides an essential service in MIllom, particularly for older adults in the community who find it difficult to travel. Hayley was exceptional, she put a lot of time and effort into helping me find glasses that would suit my face shape. She provided a relaxed environment and I did not feel at all pressured. She also explained details of a payment plan I could use. Hayley is a real asset to your organisation and deserves recognition for all her hard work.

Appalling Experience!!! I would have left 0 stars if it was possible.After spending over £1000, I received appalling goods and poor workmanship! Screws breaking in situ shows a lack of quality of build, not customers fault as implied by staff member!! Substandard materials. Shocking and unprofessional rude staff, preferential treatment given to other customers with the same problem!!Customer Service poor, excuses made for appallingly rude behaviour, for which I am still awaiting the staff members apology! The aforesaid apology is now outstanding by more than 6months! To add further insult to injury, VISION EXPRESS INSISTS ON SENDING ME persistent emails and letters to revisit the same place, not only to waste more time & my precious money, but to be insulted and abused yet again!!I RECOMMEND, GO ELSEWHERE OR GO TO POUNDSHOP FOR EQUAL QUALITY unless, you like being treated as 2nd rate paying citizens!Come on VISION EXPRESS, raise your game and develop your staff's Customer Service Training......!Please do not remove this honest and factual account of MY actual experience! : Thank you

After spending more than a thousand pounds, I am shocked at the poor quality lenses and frames, the coatings on the lenses have worn off making hazy vision, the frames constantly falling apart, and to top it all the customer service is absolutely appalling. Made complaint and has been completely ignored. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!.

My first visit to my local Opticians since moving to Millom. Excellent and efficient service. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere with no pressure to purchase their products. I will definitely retain their services again and plan to purchase new glasses soon. Highly recommended.
