Had a great viewing, very k owledgable and helpful viewer but unhappy with the office staff who questioned our offer for the property and then questioned the second offer....the role of the estate agent is to take all offers to vendors WITHOUT prejudice, not to advise on offers on the basis of previous knowledge! It's disappointing as we ve lost out on buying a house, and the vendor has lost out on a potential sale. Additionally, properties need to be realistically priced......very poor! And not for the first time!
