BEDBUG INFESTATION! After moving rooms once because the heater was broken and sounded like a jet was taking off, I was welcomed by bedbugs!! Called in for a drink and the bar service was terrible. The lady behind the bar was very slow and couldn’t raise a smile, complaining when the buzzer went notifying her of food being ready to take to tables. This is the second time in recent months getting a similar poor service. Suggest some customer service training... read full comment

We didn’t stay at this hotel but had Sunday lunch here, service was not the best but the food was excellent.
