We use this post office very regularly. For many different reasons. The service is always very helpful.and friendly. Sometimes there is a queue (never a very long wait), mostly there isn't a queue at all. Brilliant post office, that we couldn't be without.

Awful customer service, arrogant, insulting unaccommodating, unhelpful and lacklustre, trying to upsell and charge you extra for things you don’t need and hiding cheaper postage options

It's ok.. that's three stars, ive been a couple of times and it's seems understaffed and so wait times are longer than expected. Kudos to the older lady who is serving us still ??
